The Holywell Manor Complex consists of the Manor building itself, the Martin Building, and the Dellal Building.

The Holywell Manor building consists of North, South and Centre Wings, and a newer extension called James Fairfax Yard (JFY), which is situated off North Wing. The Martin Building and Dellal Buildings are both situated across the road from the Manor building.As well as being a residential building, the Manor also provides a base for graduate students living out in private accommodation.
