Pigeonholes

Graduates are allocated pigeonholes at the Manor and at Balliol College Lodge. You must check both pigeonholes, since mail from the Master, the Academic Registrar and other College Office and Bursary staff is sent to your pigeonhole at Balliol.

An internal messenger service daily takes up to five letters per person to locations within the University free of charge. You should allow two days for delivery. There is a charge of 3p each if you send more than five letters. Post should be handed in to the Lodge. The messenger service collects and delivers twice a day.

Students leaving the Manor will need to take special steps if they require their mail redirecting. The Royal Mail no longer offer a free postal re-direction service. Please seek advice from the Lodge.
